INTRODUCTION
Coordinadora Moriviví is a nonprofit organization in Puerto Rico dedicated to ending homelessness. As the designated collaborative entity for the Continuum of Care PR-503, they coordinate housing services across 54 municipalities in the south-southeast region. They needed a website that could communicate their mission, connect people in need with services, and serve as a hub for their digital tools and community resources.
APPROACH
We built a comprehensive WordPress website that balances the organization's serious mission with an accessible, welcoming design. The site features clear pathways for people seeking housing assistance, including direct referral forms and connections to service providers. We integrated their Landlord Engagement digital tool, homeless census data portal, and the CoC PR-503 Academy training platform.
The design emphasizes trust and empathy while maintaining professional credibility for stakeholders, government partners, and donors. A newsletter subscription system, donation integration through PayPal and ATH Móvil, and a news section keep the community informed and engaged with the organization's ongoing efforts.
RESULTS
The new website has become Coordinadora Moriviví's central digital hub, connecting people experiencing homelessness with resources while providing transparency to partners and stakeholders. The integrated digital tools streamline housing searches and service coordination, supporting the organization's vision of a Puerto Rico where no one lives on the street.
