INTRODUCTION
The Autoridad de Edificios Públicos (AEP) is a Puerto Rico government entity established in 1958 that manages the design, construction, and maintenance of over 700 public properties across the island. They needed a modern, functional website that could serve as a central hub for property searches, regional directories, public bids, and institutional communications. Epikom took on the challenge of building a digital platform worthy of the agency's scope and public mission.
APPROACH
We designed and developed a fully custom website on Webflow, prioritizing accessibility and ease of navigation for a broad public audience. The site features an advanced property search system with filters by classification, municipality, and region, allowing citizens and government officials to quickly locate any of AEP's 700+ managed structures across Puerto Rico.
The information architecture was built to clearly separate key areas: property management, active construction projects, public bids, data center services, and press communications. Clean layouts, intuitive navigation, and responsive design ensure the site works seamlessly on any device.

RESULTS
The new website transformed AEP's digital presence from an outdated platform into a modern, efficient tool for public service. Citizens can now search properties, access bid information, and stay informed about construction projects across the island. The site has become a trusted resource for government transparency and public engagement.
